How to Create Accounts

Visit our website www.mygreenkart.com. Click on button for registering on our websites by entering personal information like Name, Phone no, Email ids and password then press I agree (Term & Condition) button and end the end click on submit button.

You will be registered automatically.

You can access your account details any time by Using Login id and password. You can also manage /edit your profile and change your password.

How to place order:

Visit our websites www.mygreenkart.com. Browse the category, select the product that you want to buy and click it to the Cart or click on Buy now option.

You can continue as a guest or simply register yourself as a user.

Once you complete the formalities you will be directed to the checkout page.

Enter your shipping address and update it. Select payment mode and make payment, which completes the order process.

You will get a mail from us stating your order Id and other details.

Charges:

The prices listed for all products are final and all-inclusive.

We have developed a green rating for each of product we sell. The rating consists of total life cycle of products and easier for you to understand how green our products are.

What is Cash on Delivery?

C O D is alternative way of payments other then online payments.

Term & Condition of Cash on delivery:

Cash on delivery is available in selected city only and the maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs. 3,000.

Order under Process : We have received your payment and processing your order.

Order Shipped              : Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse.

Mygreenkart provides free delivery on all items than Rs. 500/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged as delivery charges.

Estimated delivery time: 

The estimated time of delivery is 7-10 working days. It may differ from one item to another.

Delivery methods:

Mygreenkart.com dispatches through reputed couriers.

Products sold by our partner/vendor will be directly dispatched from their ware house / location.

An email will be sent to you with complete detail like (product, ids, billing details, courier company, tracing no etc) once the product is dispatched.

Delivery times:

The goods will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India.

You can check the status order by clicking on “order number” whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Mygreenkart.com.

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order at customercare@mygreenkart.com or call us at our customer care numbers or by logging to our courier partner's website.

 

Return Policy

Incase if I receive a damaged parcel?

If you notice that parcel is damaged you should refuse to accept it. Send us an e-mail at customercare@mygreenkart.com stating that you have refused to accept the damaged parcel.

Incase parcel is delivered at your address in your absence and if it is damaged then please inform us with 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please send us the parcel. It should reach us within 7 days.
